01 What this agreement covers

These terms govern your use of bulkviral and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them. If you do not accept them, do not place an order.

We may update these terms; the date at the top reflects the current version. Material changes are announced by email to anyone with an order placed in the previous twelve months.

02 What we provide

We deliver engagement signals — followers, likes, views, plays and similar metrics — to public profiles and public content on third-party platforms. Delivery volumes, start windows and refill periods are described on each service page and form part of the order.

We are an independent service. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or operated in partnership with any platform named on this site, and we do not act as their agent.

03 What you must provide

A public username or a public link. Nothing else. We do not request, require or accept passwords, verification codes, session tokens or any other form of account access, and no part of this service will ever ask you for one.

You are responsible for the accuracy of the handle or link you submit. An order sent to the wrong destination cannot be reversed once delivery has begun.

The target profile or content must remain public for the duration of the order. Delivery pauses automatically while a profile is private and resumes when it is public again.

04 Acceptable use

You may not use this service to target an account you do not control or have permission to promote, to deliver signals to content that is illegal in your jurisdiction, or to harass, impersonate or defame any person.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund, including where an order appears designed to harm a third party.

05 Delivery and guarantees

Start windows are estimates based on current queue conditions and are not contractual deadlines. Where an order has not started within a reasonable period, contact support and we will either escalate it or refund it.

Each quality tier carries a refill guarantee — 30 days for High quality, 90 for Premium and 365 for Elite. If a delivered count falls below the ordered quantity inside that window, the shortfall is topped up automatically at no cost.

The refill guarantee covers attrition of delivered units. It does not cover changes you make yourself, deletion of the target content, or account actions taken by the platform.

06 Payment

Prices are shown in US dollars and include applicable taxes. Payment is taken at checkout and the billing descriptor is a neutral company name.

Refund terms are set out in the refund policy, which forms part of these terms.

07 Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

We are not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms against your account, for changes to their algorithms or policies, or for indirect or consequential losses including lost revenue or sponsorship opportunities.

08 Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operating company is registered, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of those courts.
