What the subscribe actually attaches to the channel
A subscribe is a relationship with the channel, not a score on a single upload. If you paste a video link here you are holding the wrong product. The three things a subscribe can do are narrower than the sales copy in this industry, and they are the only reason to be on this page.
- The return:Someone who subscribed can open your channel later without hunting the URL again. That is the whole honest job: a list of people who already opted to see more from you.
- The notification:A fraction of them will have the bell on. Even then, YouTube decides whether a notification is sent and whether it is seen. Buying the count does not buy a guaranteed push on the next upload.
- The library:Subscribed accounts can keep your videos in their lists. That is useful if you already publish on a cadence those people would recognise. It does nothing for a channel that has two videos and no next date.
