Refund policy

01 Full refund

If an order cannot be started, it is refunded in full. This covers services that turn out to be unavailable for your target, orders that sit in the queue beyond a reasonable window, and any order we cancel ourselves.

Refunds go back to the original payment method. Store credit is offered as an option, never as a substitute.

02 Partial refund

If delivery starts but cannot be completed, you are refunded for the undelivered portion, calculated at the per-unit rate you paid. We do not round this in our favour.

Partial refunds are processed automatically once an order is marked as incomplete. You do not need to request one.

03 Covered by refill instead

Once an order has been delivered in full, attrition is handled by the refill guarantee rather than a refund. The High quality tier carries 30 days of cover, Premium 90 days and Elite 365 days.

Refills run automatically when a delivered count drops below the ordered quantity. There is nothing to claim and no form to fill in.

04 Not refundable

Orders delivered correctly to the handle or link you submitted, including where that handle was entered incorrectly. Check the destination before paying — delivery cannot be redirected once started.

Orders where the target was made private, deleted or otherwise made unreachable partway through delivery, to the extent delivery had already been completed.

Dissatisfaction with the downstream effect of an order. We guarantee delivery of the units you bought; we cannot guarantee what a platform does with them afterwards.

05 How to request one

Contact support with your order ID. Refund decisions are made within 24 hours and the money leaves our account the same day it is approved.

Depending on your bank, funds typically appear within three to five business days for cards, and within an hour for PayPal and crypto.

06 Chargebacks

Please contact us before filing a chargeback. Nearly every case is resolved faster directly, and a chargeback on a delivered order may result in future orders being declined.
