01 What we collect

An email address, so we can send the order ID and delivery updates. The public handle or link you are targeting. Payment confirmation details returned by our payment processor — never your full card number, which we do not receive or store.

Basic technical data: IP address, browser type and the pages you visited, used for fraud prevention and to keep the site working.

02 What we never collect

Passwords, verification codes, session tokens or any other credential for any platform. There is no field for them anywhere on this site and no system on our side capable of storing them.

We do not read your direct messages, we do not access private content, and we do not connect to your account through any API that would require authorisation.

03 How we use it

To deliver and track your order, to process payment, to answer support requests, and to detect fraudulent or abusive orders. That is the complete list.

We do not sell personal data. We do not share it with advertisers or data brokers.

04 Who we share it with

Payment processors, to take payment. Delivery partners, who receive only the public handle or link and the quantity — never your email or payment details. Infrastructure providers who host the site.

We disclose data to authorities only where legally compelled, and we notify you unless prohibited from doing so.

05 How long we keep it

Order records for seven years, as required for tax and accounting purposes. Support conversations for two years. Technical logs for 90 days.

You can request deletion of your email address and support history at any time; order records retained for legal compliance are anonymised rather than deleted.

06 Cookies

We use strictly necessary cookies to keep your order together between pages, and nothing else by default. Analytics cookies are only set if you accept them, and declining does not change how the site works.

07 Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export or delete the data we hold about you, and to object to certain processing. Write to us and we will respond within 30 days.
