The clock changes the product
Every other service on this site targets something permanent. A story is gone in twenty-four hours, and that single fact reshapes the mechanics from end to end.
There is no permanent link to send us, so orders attach to your username and apply to whatever is currently live. Delivery has to begin almost immediately rather than pacing gracefully over days, because a slow ramp on a story is a ramp that finishes after the story does. And the value of the order evaporates on schedule — there is no long tail, no grid presence, nothing to come back to.
The practical consequence is that timing is the whole game. Order when the story is up, not before you post and not the following morning. If you post stories daily, the order applies to whatever is live when it runs, which is usually what you want.
